Rev. Mark Morgan

Mark Morgan is president and founder of Global Impact Ministries, an organization dedicated to sharing the apostolic faith in North America and overseas. Rev. Mark Morgan now serves as the Western District Superintendent. He is also the senior pastor at Abounding Grace of San Francisco, a congregation he founded in December 2004.

Rev. Morgan's career began in 1982 when he and his wife Naomi moved to Anna, Illinois to assume the youth of a local United Pentecostal Church. Two years later he embarked on an evangelistic ministry and saw him travel across North America and overseas speaking at apostolic gatherings. In 1988, Rev. Morgan the pastorate of the United Pentecostal Church in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, where he served as senior pastor for 10 years. In 1998, he moved to California where he re-embarked on an evangelistic crusade and traveled extensively speaking at camps, conferences, crusades and ministerial training venues.

Rev. Jerry Dean

Jerry Dean, born August 13, 1952, was one of five sons born to Reverend and Mrs. W. H. Dean. He graduated from Killeen High School (TX) in 1970, then attended Texas Bible College in Lufkin, Texas. Jerry traveled as an evangelist for five years, then married Regina Ann Leverton on June 9, 1973.   

Jerry Dean pastored four churches in Arkansas and one in Tennessee before moving to St. Louis, Missouri to work at UPCI Headquarters as Director of Publications and Promotions and General Youth Secretary. He had previously served as Arkansas District Youth President from 1980-1985. 

In May of 1988, Jerry and Gina moved to Bossier City, Louisiana to pastor at The Pentecostals of Bossier City, where they served for 34 years.  In June of 2022 their son, Ryan Dean, was elected as pastor and Jerry Dean moved to the role of Senior Pastor.  Jerry Dean has also served as Director of Men's Ministry in the Louisiana District for over 30 years, Vice President of Apostolic Man for the UPCI for 18 years, and been a Global Missions Board Member 9 years. 

Jerry and Gina have three children and 7 wonderful grandchildren:

  • Jeremy Dean and family reside in the Houston, Texas area. 

  • Charidy Stanley and husband Pastor Shannon Stanley serve at New Life Church, Garland, Texas.

  • Pastor Ryan Dean and his family serve at The Pentecostals of Bossier City.

Rev. Dannie Hood

Since 2012 Dannie Hood has been the dynamic Pastor at Landmark Tabernacle, working hand-in-hand with his wife Lori, Bishop Billy Hale and Landmark’s ministerial team.

The Hoods have always been focused on ministry. Pastor Hood began preaching at 13 years of age; he participated in evangelistic revival meetings at 15. He received his general ministerial license in 1991 after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from Jackson College of Ministries. He was ordained in 2008. He worked as a full-time evangelist from 1989-1992, and again from 1997-2012. He was Associate Pastor at Landmark Tabernacle from 1992-1994 and Pastor of Christian Life Tabernacle in Memphis, Tennessee from 1994-1997.

A lyrical and poetic writer since his teen years, Pastor Hood’s first (of four) books, The Desperation Zone, was published in 2001. He composed a one-hour Bible study, Escape, which has been used around the country to lead many to an Acts 2:38 experience.

Pastor Hood is also the radio voice for The Jesus Message radio broadcast, (formerly The Message of Hope), which airs on Fridays in 40+ cities nationwide, and on shortwave radio, to all of Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

As an innovative, long-range visionary, Pastor Hood relies on the power of prayer, consistent Apostolic preaching, and Spirit-led directives to build upon Landmark Tabernacle’s excellent foundation. He sees an even greater revival in the future – a revival that will make an eternal impact on the city of Denver, Colorado.
