MEET OUR ASSISTANT PASTORS 

Trained under great men of God such as former Pastors Rev. J.H. Broussard, Rev. Rick Langford, and Rev. Lindsay Long and most recently under Pastor Jonathan Haygood, Rev. Hilton Richard brings a wealth of knowledge and training in ministry as assistant pastor of The Breaux Bridge Pentecostals. His wife Laura Richard, who also serves on the administrative staff and was reared under the timeless ministry of Bishop Murrell Ewing, supports Rev. Richard in ministry. Together they work with the staff and ministry team to support the vision that God has given to the church through Pastor Haygood.

Since 2019, when they were appointed as Assistant Pastors, they have taken an active role in The Breaux Bridge Pentecostals by supporting the vision and leadership of Pastor and Mrs. Jonathan Haygood. Prior to assuming this position, Rev. Richard, an ordained minister with the United Pentecostal Church International, served as the first, full-time Church Administrator. Prior to these roles he also served as Youth Pastor under the leadership of former Pastor Lindsay Long as well as Pastor Haygood. The Richard family demonstrates the mantra of The Bridge through their tireless efforts and relentless love and compassion to those who call The Breaux Bridge Pentecostals home. Along with the Haygood family, they look forward to welcoming you, worshipping with you, and walking along side of you, offering steadfast Godly help and service as you navigate the sometimes tumultuous waters of life.
